WHO'S THAT GIRL?

“I’m back.” I arrived at work Monday morning, appearing to co-workers as the new girl. They were surprised, to see my face. Oh my goodness, Michee is wearing m-a-k-e-u-p. This all started with the dry patches I get on my jaw bone this time of the year ECZEMA. I have to keep my face moisturized and the only way is to wear makeup, locking the moisture in.
I was on a mission to buy a cream that is organic or uses natural ingredients. Hoping this could help my dryness with fewer irritants. Plus, an added bonus, if it’s natural, it can be shared with my baby. I don’t know if you have ever ventured into Nature’s Emporium? If you haven’t, pay them a visit sometime soon.
Nature’s Emporium has everything from hot prepared food, a bistro that serves juices and coffee, organic fruits and vegetables, boxed organic food isles, health and wellness area, and beauty counter. It’s amazing! You can wind up walking out with a lot of exciting products and an over exercised credit card, so research your products and prices, prior. Their everyday prices can be pricy, but sometimes they have great in store deals like, Coco Libre  Organic Coconut Water 330mL bottle $0.99.
My mission: To get a natural facial cream and I noticed that Alba Botanica makes a facial cream. I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Alba Botanica Passionfruit Body Wash, which leaves your showered body, lightly fragranced with Passionfruit.( You can get it at the Super Store in their Health Section as well). I researched Alba Botanica and they have other lines that unfortunately have not carried over into Canada. There are some Alba Botanica products that I am curious to try.
I purchased Alba Botanica Facial Cream for $15.99. The packaging is very catchy with a very tropical look with Hibiscus flowers adorning the outside. The smell of the cream is fresh and inviting. When applied, it hydrates, goes on smooth and dries without leaving a greasy residue. I have tried it under a tinted moisturizer and foundation, it is the perfect product to layer. The ingredients are natural and have not caused any skin irritation or break outs. I have been using this cream for over a month and it is an important step in my morning skin care regiment.
